Here’s our idea of a spree: those American-style TV game shows (Supermarket Sweep, for instance) where we see contestants desperate to load up their trolleys as fast as possible, with as many items as possible in order to get a year’s worth of groceries in like, five minutes. It’s fun, addictive, and we’d love to be on the show — but hey, we’ve got the next best thing. Mandarin Gallery’s offering an entire shopping spree too.
Except, it’s totally different. Instead of zipping through crowded aisles, you’ll be able to enjoy an exclusive, private party that feels luxurious, one that makes you feel you deserved it. “The Gallery Experience: Chic-Out! All that, and we haven’t got to the most exciting part yet: a V-I-P personal shopping and styling session for two, with Mandarin Gallery’s own Creative and Image Consultant, Jeffrey Tay. As a fashion stylist, Tay has worked on international album covers, music videos, and entertainment magazines with clients such as Entertainment Weekly, Halle Berry and Whitney Houston. So, you know, you’re definitely in trusted hands this time. He’ll be putting together outfits just for you, from a selection of top designer and local brands. Don’t know about you, but we are particularly partial to their stable of brands including the ones here, such as Bimba Y Lola, Casper + Pearl at Et-i-kit, Beyond The Vines, and Fred Perry as well.
The only thing is? You have to get invites to this event, simply by taking part in the contest hosted on Mandarin Gallery’s Facebook page — it’s now running, all the way till 3rd June. For this rewarding contest, 10 lucky shoppers (and a friend each) get to enjoy the whole styling and shopping experience, while each pair gets to walk away with shopping vouchers worth $200.
