TOPMAN Launches “Fine Tailoring” Suits Designed by Charlie Casely-Hayford

When it comes to casual wear, few brands in the world can beat TOPMAN. The British clothing juggernaut however is taking things a step further this June with the release of its swanky “Fine Tailoring” collection designed by Charlie Casely-Hayford.
The opulent new collection will comprise of 10 beautifully crafted suits, with each having a firm focus on design, fit, and cut. The collection will also blend sartorial techniques with modern silhouettes to produce a “meticulously curated series of timeless suits.” Hey, whoever said that fast fashion couldn’t be classy?

“The TOPMAN Fine Tailoring collection is about creating the perfect suit for every occasion for the modern man about town. I wanted to create a unique statement by designing a series of suits that were forward thinking in their approach – retaining Savile Row detailing such as a half canvas and a working cuff and combining those elements with a streamlined and modernist TOPMAN outlook,” said Casely-Hayford.

In terms of variety, the collection has casual weekend suits, formal three-piece wedding suits, and even a teal velvet tuxedo that comes with a split shawl colour.
It’s not all about the suits though. Also included in the collection is a limited edition printed kimono made from pure silk, with contemporary references to mobile phones and the Instagram ‘like’ button, all the while juxtaposing the traditional design of a mythical dragon.

Whatever the case may be; there’s plenty to look forward to when the collection hits stores from mid-June onwards.
