It’s been just over a month since the iPhone X was unveiled. And while we’ve had plenty of time to play around with the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus since then, the game changer we’ve all been waiting for is finally here. Pre-orders for the iPhone X start today (Oct 27), from 3pm onwards on apple.com and the App Store.
The phone will be available in Silver and Space Grey in 64GB ($1,648) and 256GB ($1,888), making it the most expensive iPhone of all time.
If you don’t mind waiting a little, the iPhone X will be made available a week later on Nov 3 at 8am onwards. Early birds can jostle it out for a limited number of sets at Apple’s Orchard Road Store. But be prepared for a really long queue. The iPhone X isn’t one of this year’s most highly anticipated phones for nothing.
Featuring an all-glass and stainless steel design, with a 5.8-inch super retina edge-to-edge infinity display, the iPhone X has plenty of new features that Apple fans can look forward to. It comes with wireless charging, facial recognition, and Animoji, which captures and analyses facial muscle movements to create wacky emojis.
All customers who buy an iPhone X from Apple will be offered free Personal Setup in-store or online.
