Tiffany & Co. Goes Full Luxe With Their Homeware Collection

By the way, we’re talking about the epitome of luxury, so by no means are any of these things affordable to the average, even above average, spender — which is something that the brand is aware of. Hence, their ironic, tongue-in-cheek take on “everyday objects” turned luxury.
Tiffany & Co. has just debuted its very first collection of homeware and accessories, handcrafted in the signature sterling silver and the trademark Tiffany Blue that we love so much. Just like how we girls all dream of owning a Tiffany & Co. necklace one day, these items also covet a spot on our wish list.

It seems that luxury brands are turning towards the home to fully encompass the luxury lifestyle. Just earlier this year, luxury brand Hermès opened its first ever immersive lifestyle exhibition in its flagship store in Liat Towers, and Italian luxury brand Gucci also released an entire line of home furnishings so that you can live in style.
The Tiffany & Co. collection focuses more on everyday objects that you can use at home instead of just sitting on display like a fine piece of art. From silver straws, wine glasses, teddy bears with Tiffany Blue paws, passport covers to table tennis paddles and even a pill box, every item in the Tiffany & Co. collection has a functionality because pretty things are not just meant to be admired. Tiffany’s ethos is that beautiful objects need not be reserved for special occasions, and can also be used in everyday life. Judging from this collection which just advocates beauty in seemingly mundane objects, we have to say that Tiffany & Co. really defied expectations this time.

It’s not surprising that a Tiffany & Co. teddy made it into the collection because the brand was one of the pioneering companies to offer luxury baby items. Other creations also include a piggy bank and a cashmere and wool blanket in signature Tiffany Blue, which will surely be cherished as heirlooms for future generations to come.
