2017 has already seen a ridiculous amount of fashion collabs hit the streets. People just can’t get enough of buying dual-branded items, especially if iconic cult characters lend their looks, just like in the recent :CHOCOOLATE x My Melody collection or Hello Kitty’s FILA clothing capsule.
But soon, Dragonball Z fans may be getting a piece of the action as adidas is reportedly lining up a sneaker collab with the franchise, according to fashion leakers Yeezy Mafia, who have an eerily accurate track record when it comes to predicting new drops, like when they correctly predicted the launch of adidas’ new Chanel shoes.

If the rumours are true, the Dragonball Z collection will consist of limited edition seven shoes that represent each of the Dragon Balls. Besides that, details are scarce, although it is said that the pack will drop somewhere around Fall 2018, so there’s plenty of time to save enough cash to cop it straight away.
Despite it being adidas’ first time partnering with Dragonball Z, it won’t be the first time that the franchise has appeared on street wear, having been in exclusive Dickies and BAPE capsules in recent months. So hold your breath. All you hardcore Dragonball Z fan could soon be screaming in delight, pure Goku-style, if this collab does indeed come to fruition.
Till then, stick with us for updates.
