How much do you love your wine? We, for one, avoid red wine at events because that stuff never comes out, but when our hair’s down, we enjoy the odd glass of wine just like everyone else. We know that red wine is good for us due to the antioxidants it contains, but the grape and wine extracts can also be used in beauty and skincare products due to its moisturising properties.
Which is why we were super excited to find out that Korean beauty brand Laboitte launched the Chateau Labiotte Wine Lip Tint that makes you look like your lips have been stained by all that delicious wine you’ve been drinking. But the lip tints aren’t called the Wine Collection just because they come in cute little wine bottles; the lip tints contain wine extracts from premium French wines that keeps your puckers nicely hydrated and moisturised (because some tints can dry out your lips too). Labiotte then took this concept and used the extract in a whole load of other makeup products, and we just loved it. More on that below!

The Chateau Wine Lip Tint also comes in an little mini version, although the colour range is slightly smaller. We are so tempted to get it because it’s way too cute to resist.

There are also variations of the lip tint as lip balms and lipsticks too.

Even though the balms might look dark, they go like a stain – but a more natural, balmy stain. The White Wine is your go-to for a natural look as it helps to brighten the lips. Rose Wine will stain your lips coral, while Red Wine will look like you’ve been sneakily drinking too much red wine.
