Want to be the very best sneaker-head that no one ever was? Now here’s your chance.
FILA and the Pokémon Company have joined forces to launch six super adorable pairs of Pokémon-themed sneakers. These kawaii pocket monster kicks will officially drop on Feb 9, with a major launch event planned on Feb 10.
The shoe designs feature characters like Pikachu, Jigglypuff Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle – basically the popular and cute Gen 1 critters. Each lace-up canvas shoe is accentuated with a simple white sole.
There’s bad news though. The new sneaker line is only going to be released for fans in South Korea, with the shoes only available at select retailers, as well as online at FILA KR’s website.
However, if you’re crazy enough, you can still get a taste of the action by booking flight tickets to Korea. Or, you could just get a friend to help you out.
