Po — Delivery and Takeaway
As the flagship restaurant in The Warehouse Hotel, Po is best known for their refined gastronomy concept that pairs modern-day Singaporean flavours with local classics using time-honoured techniques and premium ingredients.
While dine-in may be temporarily unavailable at their establishment, Po has created a delivery and takeaway menu for you to get a taste of home-cooked food without having to actually do the cooking.
Available items include the Paper Spring Chicken ($58) which features a paper-wrapped whole spring chicken in Shaoxing wine and sesame oil marinade stuffed with glutinous rice, convoy, Chinese sausage, and mushrooms; and the Carabinero Prawns & Konbu Mee ($34) — a powerful umami interpretation of the traditional Hokkien Mee with charcoal-grilled prawns, pork belly, Red Boat fish sauce, lardon and sakura ebi.

Apart from individual dishes, Po also offers their signature sharing Prawn Popiah Platter ($84) and Fresh Flower Crab Popiah Platter ($104) complete with handmade wheat skins, stewed pork, and vegetable filling, as well as a variety of toppings.
