CHANEL Beauty introduces new Fall Winter 2024 Makeup collection inspired by divinatory arts

Inspired by numerology, astrology and divination which often served as guides for Gabrielle Chanel, the new Fall Winter 2024 makeup collection draws on all things mystical, some of which are mysterious objects found in her apartment on 31 rue Cambon.

Named the CLAIRVOYANCE collection, you’ll find a colour palette where touches of light are juxtaposed with deeper shades in intense purples, striking greens and supernatural oranges that expresses the most mysterious and elusive elements of allure.

ROUGE ALLURE LIQUID VELVET

Setting the tone for the collection are 15 bold shades of lipsticks — the Rouge Allure Liquid Velvet (S$67 each) — which leaves you with a luminous matte finish that is good for ultra-long wear.

Each lipstick shade bears the name of an intriguing characteristic as though to reflect the should have the person wearing it. Some of these standout shades include Énigmatique (brown), Ensorcelante (a mysterious blueish purple), and Stupéfiante (brick orange).

Embodying the mystical spirit of the collection, the Exclusive Creation Les Tarots De Chanel (S$107 each) features two blush shades embossed with a set of five fortune-telling cards.

Known as probably the most symbolic part of the face in divinatory arts, the eyes represent the subconsious element that is concealed within each person. To complement the windows to the soul are two new colourways of Les 4 Ombres (S$114 each) from the collection.

The first is Initiation, which contains shades of pink and brown that is suitable for daily wear, and the second is Divination, which features eyeshadows in matcha green, two purple hues of differing intensities, and a hypnotic camel shade.
