Nothing expands its line-up of phones with a new addition: the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, an upgraded version of its Phone (2a), but with better specs and performance, and an all-new metallic casing that looks super premium.

The metallic finish is a result of a fusion of nano-coating, multi-layer printing techniques, ink formulations, and coating materials. Sounds fancy and the result is amazing; it comes in two colours, Grey and Black, both very shiny, both very expensive-looking.
With this new model, there’s still the iconic Glyph Interface that Nothing is known for, and it looks even cooler with the new metallic finish. When your phone lights up, everyone is going to ask to see it — so be prepared for that.

For the Phone (2a) Plus, Nothing has fit in the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G processor, and this chip was co-engineered to make this device ideal for gaming. It’s designed to be speedy and efficient, and is benchmarked to be 30% faster than its predecessor, Phone (2a). The battery is also optimised, providing longer playing time, and it supports 50W Fast Charging (this delivers a day of power in under 20 minutes).

The rear cameras that resemble “eyes” at the back of the phone boast 50MP each, while the front selfie lens has been upgraded to 50MP as well. Here are the full specs:

Like all the other Nothing and CMF phones, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus runs on the Nothing OS, which aims to reduce distractions and encourage intentional smartphone use. The widgets provide the information and apps that you need, while the integration of ChatGPT (made for the Nothing ecosystem) gets you answers on the spot.
