7. LANTERN
We couldn’t compile a list of drinks without having mentioned these tipples by The Fullerton Hotels. To shake things up, start your night right with a nostalgic number like Sing By The Bay here at Lantern — which boasts a heady blend of vodka, zesty orange marmalade and juice, topped with a dash of Cointreau and Aperol, infused with pomegranate syrup — for a light and refreshing boozy swish affair.
Alternatively, especially for those who plan on driving, you’ll be glad to know that there’s also a non-alcoholic option. Peep Singapore’s Heartbeat. Made of crushed raspberries, apple juice, grenadine syrup, lime juice, strawberry syrup, ginger juice and pomegranate syrup, this mocktail makes the perfect go-to tipple for a non-boozy night out with the gals.
