The first wave of the much-anticipated LV² Louis Vuitton collection designed in collaboration with Japanese streetwear legend, NIGO, is hitting the shelves in-stores and online today.

Named LV² to emphasise the dual design approach by the two creatives, this collection features a fun twist on the luxury label’s iconography remixed with elements of NIGO’s notable graphic designs.

Across the extensive range of luxury goods, for example, you’ll find the combination of Louis Vuitton’s heritage patterns, a layered drip motif and a reimagined take on NIGO’s “Human Made” signature transforming a series of familiar favourites from the luxury label.

As seen most notably on the luxury label’s popular Keepall, Soft Trunk, and Campus Backpack, Louis Vuitton’s Monogram pattern is dripped over the oversized Damier check, in true graphic fashion. A new bag called the Nano Amazone Messenger will also debut in this collection sporting the same quirky style.

For ready-to-wear, there’s a selection of streetwear-sensible sweatshirts and hoodies emblazoned with the LV² logo. The pièce de résistance though would be the matching denim menswear separates re-envisioned to feature the new Giant Damier Waves Monogram. There are also denim sun hats and mules available in this lineup, for those who would like to dress in head-to-toe denim.
