The incredibly cute Hello Kitty by OPI collection first debuted at the end of last year, and we don’t blame you if you were one of those who proceeded to freak out, and then rush out to the stores to grab all 12 shades.

And now, there’s more to freak out over, because OPI has released four more limited edition Hello Kitty shades, this time with a very spring-appropriate Cherry Blossom theme. That means pretty tones of pink of course, two of them to be specific: Sitting Under Cherry Blossoms, a feminine creme baby pink, and Dreams Of Spring, a light lilac that’s more minimal. The other two shades are Cheery Blooms, a cool-toned classic red, and Showered By Petals, a creme white that will come in handy for nail art.
If it’s the two pink shades you’ve got your eye on, you can get them in the Blossoms In My Bag duo pack that also includes a cosmetic bag featuring our favourite Kitty looking insanely adorable dressed in a pink kimono.
We’re aware that Hello Kitty brings out the irrational side in many (read: the fast food chain plushies that inspire a stampede), but with these colours, we’d like to think any freaking out is warranted by how these are classic shades that are actually very necessary to our nail polish collections.
These new colours have recently launched in stores, so you’ve got to be quick: Hello Kitty merchandise waits for no man or woman, as Singaporeans should know. We really don’t mind being called Kitty-krazy.
