Jo Malone London’s scents often transport us to another world — but wait till you see what they’ve got up their sleeves this July. The luxurious Townhouse Collection gets its own range of diffusers to spruce up your home, there’s even more gloriously-scented bath items to look forward to, while they’ve also teamed up with renowned set designer Shona Heath for a kooky collection of candle accessories that reference a shy moon, petal-headed flower girl, and a zebra, among other English country garden fantasies.
Case in point:
The Jo Malone London x Shona Heath quite obviously amps up on the weird and wonderful, with a series of candle lids, candle holders, and a diffuser cover that might look out of place on your mantlepiece — in the best way possible. These are made to stand out, or blend in with other eccentric curiosities, as Heath imagines a surreal wonderland that’s “a tiny bit psychedelic and not meant to be taken seriously,” she says.

“The collection evokes the heady smells of the countryside, you know, petals and pollens, and sniffing roses,” she says of this imaginary world. A ceramic zebra rendered in painterly strokes therefore sits pretty beside a Petal Head Candle Holder, which takes after a flower girl dressed in socks, sneakers, and striped shorts. Then, there are the melancholic candle lids, one of a moon face with daisies for cheeks, and the other, a graceful upside-down rose where you can find a little surprise underneath.

For a more minimalist aesthetic, Jo Malone London fans can rejoice in an expanded Townhouse Collection that now includes three new diffusers in beautiful ceramic jars. Like the first series of six candles, these are inspired by moments within a London townhouse, from freshly-baked macarons in the drawing room, to sunlight streaming in via the windows.
While the candles featured design elements borrowed from vintage Georgian architecture, these diffusers are less complicated in design, though they feature the same unglazed matte surface for a matching series. The new diffusers include: Wild Berry & Bramble, Lilac & Lovage, and Fresh Fig & Cassis.

Those who can’t get enough of Jo Malone London’s scents will want to invite them into your shower as well, where the most iconic scents are featured in a series of Bath & Body essentials, including exfoliating shower gels, bath oils, shampoos and conditioners, so you can smell good from head-to-toe. New products include: the English Pear & Freesia Exfoliating Shower Gel ($75 for 200ml), Lime Basil & Mandarin Shampoo ($58 for 250ml) and the Lime Basil & Mandarin Conditioner ($58 for 250ml).
