Californian streetwear brand Publish Brand has teamed up with Onitsuka Tiger, one of Japan’s oldest shoe companies, to launch a special project that’s inspired by the modern-day traveling photographer. Publish Brand, known for their reinterpreted contemporary menswear and jogger pants, puts their spin on Onitsuka Tiger’s 1980s heritage runner, the Colorado Eighty-Five MT Samsara. This updated version comes with a higher heel height, rugged outsole unit and suede upper materials. Available in two colourways, this lightweight, durable and stylish deconstructed trail runner is presented in a soft, earth-toned style that represents daylight, and in another darker, eclipse-coloured rendition to depict nightfall. Other details include perforated detailing, matching tonal rope laces and subtle co-branding on the heel tab and heel counter.
