The formula is a build-able powder-to-liquid formula that melts right into your skin upon contact, so you can ensure a seamless foundation coverage that sits atop your complexion like a second layer of skin, without it feeling heavy, or looking cake-y. But here’s the best part of the foundation. Considering how creamy they are, you probably won’t even need brushes or BeautyBlenders to blend them in.
