The origins of this powerful balm starts deep within the Amazon rainforest, where its potent ingredients have been used by Amazonian communities to heal wounds and tattooed skin for centuries. Those natural oils they rely on are now called upon to craft this beauty do-all.
It’s packed with babassu oil, a key ingredient found in some of the brand’s most nourishing products, as well as beeswax to help seal in the moisture, so it isn’t just a balm that’s made to protect your tattoos, you can also call upon this mighty formula to hydrate and soothe any areas of parched skin.
If you’re unfamiliar with babassu oil, it’s a nourishing ingredient that’s loaded with vitamin E and phytosterols, which is why it calms down any inflammation in a jiffy. It’s also been known to treat troublesome skin conditions like eczema, so rest assured, it’ll care for your tattoos, visible scars, and itchy patches.
