Nike’s Offering Free Yoga Classes if You’re Feeling Broke But Want to Get Fit

Is that gym membership sucking your money dry? Yeah, we know how that feels. For something that’s good for you, getting fit can be crazy expensive, especially when it comes to those fancy pilates or zumba workout classes. But the good news is, living a healthy life doesn’t have to cost you a bomb at all.
With the exception of exercising at home, there are other ways to get fit without spending a single dollar, and one of them is through Nike’s new series of free yoga classes in the Nike Training Club app.
The app, which is free to download, includes a medley of expert yoga videos that are designed for you to find your inner yogi, anywhere, at anytime. Here’s a preview of what you can expect from the app:

Designed by Nike Master Trainers and yogis, Branden Collinsworth, Traci Copeland, and Leah Kim, these workouts are tailor-made to fit into any fitness regime, whether you’re focused on building stamina, strength, or increasing your mobility. Videos are also kept snappy, with durations ranging from 15 to 45 minutes long.
“These new workouts are really powerful because they offer the chance to practice no matter what your goal is or where you are on your yoga journey,” says Kim. “With the varying workout focus areas, lengths and poses, there is something for everyone – from the beginner yogi looking to improve their practice to those who are more advanced.”

Right now, there are four new workouts available on the Nike Training Club app. If you’re done with that, you can look forward to another 10 videos that will drop somewhere between July and September later this year.
