Over the past weekend, ColourPop Cosmetics has been dropping one bomb after another with news of their new upcoming ventures. Just when we all thought the announcement of their first foray into producing concealers was enough to make us happy for the rest of the month, ColourPop decides to be an early Santa by gifting us with more exciting news of their Pressed Powder Compacts and a 12-piece brush set. But ain’t nobody’s complaining because hell yeah, we want more!
According to ColourPop’s Instagram post, the No Filter Concealers are of a “lightweight creamy formula that was created with soft blurring pigments to give you the most flawless matte finish”. Based on all the tutorial videos we’ve watched, it seems like the No Filter Concealers do seem to blend really well, and have a decent coverage that is also buildable. There are 15 shades to choose from and ColourPop promises fans that the concealers are long-wearing and crease proof as well. Since when did we not trust you ColourPop?
Moving on, the brand is also launching a line of makeup brushes to cater to all your blending needs. Previously, ColourPop only had eye makeup brushes, but this time, they are offering fans 12 different brushes dedicated for use on the whole face, ranging from an angled face brush, a fan brush, a tapered blending brush, to a blush brush. They all come with white handles with their logo in silver, and black and white bristles.
In addition, their new Pressed Powder Highlighters and Bronzers will be packed individually and housed in mirrored compacts. The team at ColourPop Cosmetics sure worked hard on this collection, huh?
All of the brand’s latest drops are also extremely affordable, as usual, with the brushes costing between US$5 and US$11, highlighters and bronzers going for US$7 to US$8, and concealers at only US$6 (like whuttt). Just one more day to the release date, July 27th (US time), so make sure you don’t forget to set your alarms for 10am PST (1am Singapore time).
