The PUMA Suede Hearts Just Got Itself A Twinsy

Recently, Skechers blatantly released a line of sneakers that are looking a lot like Kanye West’s Adidas Yeezy Boosts and got called out pretty badly. But it seems like those backlashes from the Internet aren’t intimidating brands at all. Case in point: Jeffrey Campbell’s latest Pabst Low-Top Sneaker.

Yeap. We almost couldn’t tell the difference between the two at first glance too.
The next to join the imitation game is Jeffrey Campbell, who just released a pink suede sneaker that looks suspiciously like the OG wide ribbon laced trainers from PUMA. Like the latter, Jeffrey Campbell’s version of the sneaker also sports a millennial pink suede upper, with PUMA’s signature Suede Heart-like satin bows lacing up the shoe. Even down to the rectangular eyelets, the resemblance is uncanny. The only difference is that the rubber midsole is also dipped in pink, and PUMA’s lateral Formstripe is also taken out for obvious reasons. It also comes in four other colourways, including a black and white patent one, an all-white patent one, a red suede one, and a snake-skin patterned one. For comparison, here’s a side-by-side image of the two:

But the funny thing is while PUMA is only selling their OG Suede Heart for only £65, Jeffrey Campbell is actually attaching a price tag of $146 to it’s very unoriginal take on it. Ah well, if you didn’t manage to get your hands on the PUMA Suede Hearts, we guess these are your closest alternatives.
