Why Dance In A Corner When You Can Jam With Puma?

Thanks to Rihanna, Puma has become the go-to brand for many in 2017. Just days ago, they announced at a mysterious collaboration with M.A.C launching next year, which got us so excited we just wanted to get the year over and done with. And as if Puma heard our qualms, they’re releasing a new collection of shoes to keep us busy in the meantime (literally, they help us move faster)!

Jamming, based off the Puma-invented technology NRGY beads used to create the shoe, is able to detect contact between your feet and the ground, thereby always creating an extra barrier between those touch-points and provide extra comfort for your feet.
The General Manager of Running and Training for Puma, Karin Baust, says that no brand in the market now “offers an entirely bespoke experience when walking or running in a shoe.” And that’s where Jamming fills that hole. Just imagine NRGY beads as little pillows that band together in various formations depending on the way you’re walking. It customises instantaneously to your step pattern to directly address the needs of your feet.

Of course, Jamming isn’t all brains and no brawn. Its upper features Puma key evoKNIT and durable PU sock lining (trend alert!), which adds to its coziness, but also makes it super sleek and “in.” They’re the kind of sneakers that take you straight from the gym to the club — just remember to shower in-between!

Jamming drops 9 November 2017 in olive green, with a further set of five colours to be released in the first half of 2018. Jamming retails at $249, with a limited supply available at Limited Edt.
