Shop Your Favourite Local Fashion Labels At Plaza Singapura — Including Love and Bravery, & More

Never underestimate a blogshop. From what we’ve seen, those that had originally started out as humble e-commerce fashion labels have, these days, become glowing success stories in their own right, braving the transition from URLs to expansive physical spaces that give us the most aesthetic “offline” retail experiences.

In the latest news, womenswear label Love and Bravery has opened their third brick-and-mortar store at Plaza Singapura, a prime location that takes advantage of the mall’s presence within Singapore’s central shopping belt. It joins other established brands such as SuperGurl, The Willow Label, and Neonmello, for a total of eight boutiques owned by local e-commerce brands.

Love and Bravery’s new store at Plaza Singapura

Founder Eunyce Yap believes in the importance of a hybrid model of retail, which offers the convenience and immediacy of online shopping, alongside a physical retail space where customers get to try on pieces and feel the fabric and construction of the garments themselves.

This new space at Plaza Singapura is designed by award-winning local design company Wynk Collective, and is a minimalist, but cosy, space that invites shoppers to step outside of the hustle and bustle of their busy lives.

Here, the changing rooms are bathed in soft, warm light, while you’ll find their latest collections on the rack, in an array of fresh Spring/Summer colours such as lilac, forest green and neutral off-whites and browns.

The brand is also well-loved for their comfortable Asian-fit apparel, which caters to petite frames (XXS) all the way till XXL. Their newest Summer Touch collection certainly offers versatile outfits as well, with thoughtfully curated coords consisting of matching camisoles and pants, with shirts that can be layered above or worn separately.

A premium linen blend adds to their comfortable wear in warm climates, while these look and feel effortless, and can be worn for all sorts of occasions, from a work outfit to something more casual for the weekends and holidays.

If you didn’t already know, Plaza Singapore happens to be a hotbed for some local e-commerce labels, who’ve happily set up shop within the centrally-located mall. From edgy street fashion style to feminine picks and timeless, minimalist wear, here are some of our favourite stores to discover.

Love and Bravery — A well-known fashion label in the e-commerce scene, their pieces are all about the modern woman, with affordable statement pieces and everyday wear that focus on quality, cut and wearability.

SuperGurl — "Self-love, style and sass". These are the core tenets of the brand, who bring us trendy yet affordable wear that make our daily fashion choices way more fun — take this look styled with a Biker Jacket, for instance, in a slightly oversized cut for extra cool factor.

Fash Mob — With a Spring collection that sees a bright neon babydoll dress among bold monochrome florals, it's safe to say that Fash Mob's approach to fashion is a little more daring and edgy, which should please those who are into trendy streetwear apparel. You'll find denim jackets and jeans, as well as oversized blazers, on the racks too.

From There On — Think elevated basics with a twist. The brand believes in timeless, season-less garments that would make lifelong companions, capsule wardrobe or not, hence staples that stand the test of time and style. Neonmello — This online fashion brand takes on a more feminine approach with their pieces, featuring soft, lightweight fabrics, with translucent ruffles and prints like abstract or florals. They also provide a variety of styles from girl-boss vibes to preppy lady-like outfits, and silhouettes from A-line dresses to babydoll dresses. Look out for their series of comfortable basic tops in varying lengths too, in versatile shades of mocha and khaki.

The Willow Label — If versatile, modern clothes are up your alley, you'll find these more elegant styles at The Willow Label, which gives us dresses, tops, skirts and pants in timeless cuts. This dress, for instance, is made of pleated chiffon and with a detachable sash for added function; its soft steel blue shade is also ultra flattering for all skin tones.

Fayth — Soft hues and springtime florals make up Fayth's latest collection, with in-house designed abstract floral prints on tiered dresses, alongside pastel pinks, blues and greens. Their store is similarly decked out in blush pink interiors, which forms the best backdrop for the hand-drawn prints and fun colours across their apparel.
