Calling all fans of the adorable Sanrio Hangyodon! From 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, you are invited to join the cheerful and lovable half-fishman character in a specially curated and immersive experience at the Singapore Oceanarium.
Accompanied by his best friend, Sayuri the octopus, Hangyodon plunges into their very first ocean getaway where they will discover inspiring stories about marine conservation through immersive installations and interactive panels that will turn every zone within the Singapore Oceanarium into both a playful escape and a meaningful learning journey about the importance of protecting our oceans.
Through vibrant storytelling and engaging visuals, you will learn about the vital ways that the ocean connects to our daily lives and the real impact of marine pollution on both marine life and humanity, as well as encounter fascinating species such as sharks, coals and intertidal animals.
Some of the highlights include life-size installations, including a giant inflatable installation, for photo moments, character meet and greets, a special Hangyodon-themed guided programme, and limited-edition Hangyodon-themed Singapore Oceanarium themed food and drinks, as well as collectibles to take home.
