If you haven’t already noticed in your Apple Maps, you can now find a Detailed City Experience while using the feature in Singapore.
This is something that Apple has spent years building from the ground up and Singapore is the first country in Southeast Asia to get this experience.
The recent update includes amazing details for road markings, land cover, trees, public transit routes, as well as helpful navigation details like turn lanes, medians, bus and crosswalks. You can even take the Apple Maps for a walk in the night as Maps will activate a nighttime mode that activates a moonlit glow at dusk.
Custom-designed 3D landmarks have also been added for iconic locations such as Gardens by the Bay, National Gallery of Singapore, Victoria Theatre, and Victoria Concert Hall.
Drivers can also take advantage of the newly updated Apple Maps as it now offers windshield view which shows a road-level view when approaching complex interchanges, making it easier to see upcoming traffic conditions or the best lane for an approaching exit.
