As a reinvention of LOEWE’s Ballet Runner first introduced in 2019, the Ballet Runner 2.0 is a reinvented hybrid running shoe and ballet flat that features the house’s distinctive asymmetric toe combined with the look of a 1970s running shoe.
This February, LOEWE launches its full range of Ballet Runner 2.0 sneakers in a curated selection of colours, including a full soft leather version in black, white, and cinnamon.
Other refreshed details of the sneakers include a revamped ‘L’ monogram on the quarter, an embossed anagram on the shoe’s tongue, and an upgraded, wavy-textured rubber outsole that extends to the toe-cap.
The lightweight sneakers’ sophisticated Sacchetto construction where the lining is stitched to the insole to create an internal, sock-like structure, has also improved flexibility and comfort.
