Starting 26 September, Uniqlo U, created by Co-Artistic Directors Christopher Lemaire and Sarah-Linh Tran, along with their team in Paris, will launch their 2025 Fall/Winter collection inspired by the deep blue of the North Sea that celebrates the spirit of the majestic wilderness of the sea and its surroundings.
This season reflects the theme of “Future Layers”, which invites you to enjoy seamless layering of contrasting fabrics such as merino wool, crispy nylon, and PUFFTECH, alongside a calm colour palette that is distinctively Uniqlo U, centered on indigo blue along with deep basil green and rich plum purple.
The lineup includes 14 items for women, 16 items for men, and 3 items for accessories, though majority of the collection is designed to be genderless.
Featuring a lightweight, warm, and highly functional PUFFTECH insulation, both the Women’s PUFFTECH Parka and the Men’s PUFFTECH Short Blouson present a short, rounded length which allows for a wide range of styling options across genders.
Two other styles to look out for include the BLOCKTECH Utility Coat with its adjustable hood, reinforced brim, and double placket, as well as the Single Breasted Coat which comes with a beautiful A-line silhouette, and incorporates durable water repellency to cope with sudden light rain.
For a mixed layering of contrasting materials, you can consider tonal fabric combinations that deliver sophisticated style, like the Merino Blend High Neck Cardigan and the 3D Knit Merino Blend Dress, which beautifully follows the body line. There are also Women’s Drape Shirts with side slits, and Utility Oversized Shirts with practical, outdoors-inspired details throughout.
