There’s not quite any other fan event in the world that you should experience once in your lifetime as a Disney fan, than at D23.
Known as the number one event to attend for all things Disney, D23 has continuously brought plenty of magic with its convention style experience in Anaheim, Tokyo and most recently Brazil, and is now set to make history again with its D23 Asia: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event, which will take place, for the first time, in Singapore in 2027.
This expansion of Disney’s global fan celebrations across the Asia Pacific region will be a one-of-a-kind celebration giving you exclusive and first access to the latest in Disney storytelling, creativity and innovation; bringing you top stars and storytellers from Hollywood and around the world, alongside some beloved characters and immersive experiences.

As someone who has been to D23 in Anaheim back in 2019, I still cherish my memories from those three days there, where I not only got to attend showcases for upcoming shows and meet celebrities, but also bask in the Disney magic shared among like-minded folks.
It was my first time visiting such a convention and even though I was intimidated by all the more experienced event-goers, it didn’t take long for me to feel like I’m part of the community. Soon, I was queuing up for all the exclusive merch I could get my hands on, and even got bold enough to take photos with celebrities!
For those who might be unfamiliar, this ultimate fan experience was first launched in 2009 by D23: The Official Disney Fan Club and the name carries a special meaning with the “D” standing for Disney and “23” referencing the year Walt Disney opened his first studio in Hollywood in 1923.
It has since evolved into THE premier global celebration of Disney storytelling and fandom as an immersive-multi-day event that brings fans up close to the worlds of Disney through live stage presentations, special announcements, interactive experiences, and specially curated merchandise.
