As part of the annual Singapore Night Festival, from 22 Aug to 6 Sept, Bugis+ will play host to neon artist maegzter’s immersive art installation, Waves of Time.

Paying homage to the history of Singapore’s maritime hub along Beach Road and Bugis, the design of the installation features a prominent wave motif which symbolises the nation’s continuous pursuit of metropolitan greatness and the dynamic ebb and flow of its progress.

To complement this, maegzter uses neon lighting to evoke a past era, combining maritime heritage, national ambition, and nostalgic neon into a bold artistic statement that invites you to reflect on the city’s journey and its powerful return to its roots.
