CASIO goes Back to the Future with a digital watch inspired by the timeless film

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Back to the Future, CASIO has teamed up with Universal Product & Experiences to launch the new CA-500WEBF-1A digital watch inspired by the film.

Building on the distinctive calculator function found on the CA-500, the watch face design of the CA-500WEBF-1A ($185) is inspired by the film’s iconic Time Machine tail lights and ‘OUTATIME’ license plate, alongside different colours that reflects the time circuits used to set the Time Machine’s destination date and time.

Engraved on the back of the watch is an illustration of the flux capacitor while the buckle is engraved with the Back to the Future logo. To capture the retro world of the film, the watch will also come in a special packaging designed to look like a vintage videotape.

The limited-edition CA-500WEBF-1A is now available at G-SHOCK stores in Takashimaya, Bugis, VivoCity, Northpoint, and JEM. Purchases are limited to one piece per customer, while stocks last.
