Crafted in Germany, the RIMOWA Original Bag (S$2,950) seamlessly integrates the allure of the brand’s iconic Original collection to bring you a hard-sided and lightweight aluminium handbag that can be carried by hand, as a shoulder bag or as a cross-body bag.
Paying homage to the design language of RIMOWA, the Original Bag has been built with an expertly crafted frame that boasts a sleek and durable exterior, and is punctuated by rounded edges.

It also includes an elegantly crafted leather handle that has been reinforced by an aluminium frame to ensure durability and effortless portability by hand, as well as a removable and adjustable webbing strap for everyday use and travel.
As a further testament to its innovative design, the handbag also features a RIMOWA-pioneered button that readily facilitates the opening and closing of the bag.
On the bag’s Italian-made leather interior, you’ll find ample space to store your belongings with an organised and roomy compartment that features a zipped pocket and slots to store credit cards.

To commemorate the debut of The Original Bag, RIMOWA has teamed up with agency Anomaly to unveil a new campaign, directed by filmmaker Jordan Hemingway with images captured by Louise and Maria Thornfeldt, that invites viewers to reimagine the spirit of exploration through the lens of city streets.

The campaign film follows four global talents — supermodel Liu Wen, rapper Central Cee, journalist and creative director IB Kamara, and photographer Larissa Hofmann — to the soundtrack ‘Last Nite’ by The Stokes as they seamlessly blend into the pace of city life over 24 hours with the RIMOWA Original Bag.
