TAG Heuer introduces the Carrera Chronograph Year of the Horse

Fine watchmaking meets timeless tradition in TAG Heuer’s new Carrera Chronograph Year of the Horse, which reinterprets the fiery spirit of the “Fire Horse” in the brand’s signature 39mm glassbox design that bridges East and West, in meticulous detailing and refined craftsmanship.

As a tribute, every detail of this timepiece has been infused with symbolic and cultural artistry, such as the dial that glows with a warm ember gradient of deep crimson and champagne gold, and a meticulously crafted motif of the Chinese character “马” that replaces the numeral “7” that is displayed on the date at the 9 o’clock position.

18K 5N rose gold plated hands and indexes gleam against radiant red accents to form a composition that balances boldness with refinement. Together with the exclusive Beads-of-Rice bracelet that is finely brushed and polished, you get both sophistication and ergonomic comfort.

On the sapphire crystal casebook, the in-house Calibre TH20-07 reveals its mechanical prowess with an embossed galloping horse at the center to symbolise unrestrained energy and celebrate the racing spirit that defined the collection’s heritage.

Delivering an 80-hour power reserve, this automatic movement ensures continuous precision and stability, even in the most dynamic setting.

Limited to 250 pieces, each timepiece has been individually numbered “One of 250” and presented in a bespoke, festive packaging that reflects the colours of the New Year.

The Carrera Chronograph Year of the Horse is now available at all TAG Heuer boutiques.
