The Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai operates with a three-step cleaning approach for consistent and precise cleaning, that is inspired by how humans, like us, spot-clean.

Beyond the typical way of cleaning, it is able to detect invisible stains and dirt with green illumination and an AI-powered camera, to react and adapt cleaning behaviour in real-time which allows for it to check the floor again as it continually cleans until the stain is removed.
With its ability to recognise nearly 200 types of objects, including common household obstacles like cables and socks, the Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai can help to make intelligent decisions on cleaning routes to avoid missing any areas of the house.

The machine features a self-cleaning microfibre wet roller too, with a 12-point hydration system that delivers fresh, heated water as it cleans, and comes with a bagless, cyclonic dock that hygienically empties dry debris using 10 powerful Dyson root cyclones to ensure optimal performance.
On every rotation, the hygienic wet roller cleans itself so that only clean fibres make contact with the floor surface. Its roller mechanism automatically extends 1.6-inches to allow the Spot+Scrub Ai robot to clean right up to the skirting board as well, addressing areas that often accumulate dirt.
To ensure optimal cleanliness, the micro-fibre roller is washed with heated anti-bacterial solution and 60-degrees water, before drying with 45-degree hot air to prevent odour build-up.

Using LiDAR and AI vision to map home layouts, the Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai automatically labels room for easier zone cleaning through the MyDyson app. The dual-laser system and adaptive software helps to identify and carefully avoid obstacles, including socks and pet poop, so that it can operate efficiently in cluttered environments.
You can also operate your robot vacuum cleaner using the MyDyson app, where you can initiate a spot clean by specifying where you would like for a targeted clean in your home. It also generates a “Clean Map” in the app after every session, showing where objects were encountered and where cleaning took place.
