Longchamp debuts capsule collection with textile artist Caroline Hélain for Winter 2026

As a brand that is committed to contemporary art and design, Longchamp is teaming up with textile artist Caroline Hélain for the first time to launch a capsule collection of leather goods and ready-to-wear, featuring her delicate creative universe.

A keen observer of the world around her, artist Caroline Hélain often explores the connections between landscape, materials and visual memory.

Her creative practice taps on art and experimentation, and is based on the freehand cutting of fabrics, which she then assembles in sensitive, abstract compositions that interweaves materials and colours to create a dialogue between colour and depth.

For her capsule collection with Longchamp, Caroline has created nine exclusive landscapes, each distinguished by their rich yet delicate use of texture and nuance, where forms echo one another in a subtle play of coloured threads.

On the Daylong line, the motifs take shape through finely worked layers of leather that’s been expertly and painstakingly stitched in Longchamp’s workshops across two models, a mini bag and a weekender.

Across the knitwear pieces, including the sweaters and long dresses, you’ll find Caroline’s colourful compositions cover the entire surface of the garment in a soft and enveloping fresco.

A standout piece from the collection is thee sleeveless top in calf leather, which combines two noble materials, to suggest a landscape of dune beneath an expanse of blue sky in a myriad nuances of bouclé virgin wool.

Caroline’s graphic landscapes are also found on silk scarf and cashmere squares, a series of T-shirts with a motif on their pocket, and on the Le Pliage Collection cotton canvas tote bags in a mineral palette of Olive, Thistle, Caramel and Ballet.

The capsule collection is available from 4 August 2026 in selected Longchamp boutiques and online at longchamp.com.
