Leica has opened its largest flagship store in Southeast Asia at South Beach Quarter. This most recent addition combines the brand’s rich heritage with the vibrant cultural landscape of Singapore. Set within a beautifully restored colonial building, the flagship store embodies Leica’s legacy while embracing the future.

Originally established in the early 1900s, the space, which was once the former Beach Road Camp that housed the Singapore Volunteer Corps (later known as the Singapore Armed Forces), has now been transformed into a location where the community can come together to create and learn.
In a unique blend of heritage and innovation, the new flagship store features rich wood accents that help to create an intimate and inviting atmosphere, reimagining the space into more than just a store.

The thoughtfully designed layout focuses on comfort and discretion, ensuring that you get a unique and personalised experience when you visit. In addition to a retail space, the store acts as a hub for art and photography enthusiasts where they can seek to uncover untold stories and ‘Capture Meaningful Moments’ with other like-minded individuals.

At the Leica Akademie, you’ll find world-class exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives that aim to inspire and engage, while Café Leitz provides a relaxing space for you to connect and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
Aside from the spaces for you to explore, the new flagship Leica store is a great location for you to experience the full range of Leica products, ranging from their renowned cameras to cine equipment, watches, and sport optics.

To commemorate this milestone, Leica debuts the Leica King Nerd, Singapore Limited Edition. This striking collectible features intricate hand-engraved designs by British artist King Nerd with two motifs — a majestic dragon symbolizing strength and transformation, and a delicate orchid representing grace and harmony.

The flagship store’s Leica Galerie also houses Italian photographer Emanuele Scorcelletti’s exhibition, Elegia Fantastica, which offers an evocative exploration of memory and vision. This black-and-white exhibition is an intimate journey through Emanuele’s lens as he returns to his Italian roots to capture moments of quiet beauty and profound significance.
